I'm Paul Casey, a Director at Man Cave Geek and a Digital Commerce Consultant with 20+ years spent building and growing online retail businesses. My background is in e-commerce strategy, web development and SEO, the less glamorous side of making online shops actually work - and I've spent that time helping brands turn browsers into buyers.

At Man Cave Geek I look after the commercial and digital side of the business, but my real qualification for this site is simpler: I'm a man cave obsessive. I've planned, kitted out and lived with my own setup, so when I write about beer fridges, recliners, arcade machines or home bars, it comes from genuine hands-on experience rather than a spec sheet. If something's overpriced or overrated, I'll say so.

Everything I publish here follows the same rule the whole team works to: honest, impartial advice written for UK homes, with UK budgets in mind. No fluff, and no paid placements dressed up as recommendations, just what's actually worth buying and why.
