Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion ("Promotion") is referred to as the Beerwulf “Win a BLADE Starter Pack with Man Cave Geek” (the “Campaign”), which is provided by Beerwulf, an online retailer selling products on www.beerwulf.com. Beerwulf B.V. is located at Stadhouderskade 80, 1073 AT, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Beerwulf”).

2. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). 

3. Beerwulf reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond the Beerwulf control. All and any updated versions may be published on www.beerwulf.com (the “Website”).

4. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws  of England and Wales. Beerwulf and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement 

5. For purposes of this Promotion, Beerwulf is the promoter. 

6. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. 

7. If you do not agree to abide by these and/or any future Terms and Conditions, do not (continue to) participate in the Promotion. 

Participation and details of the Promotion

8. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if you meet the following criteria: 

a. you are 18 years old and above; and 

b. you are a resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).. 

9. The Promotion is open to the following countries only: a. United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). 

10. The Promotion starts on 26th of May 2025 (00:00 GMT +2) and ends on 30th June 2025 23:59 (GMT +2). 

11. To enter the Promotion, you will need to subscribe through Man Cave Geek (https://mancavegeek.com/blogs/win), subject to the present Terms and Conditions. 

12. Only one entry per person will be counted. 

13. Entrants who do not submit a valid entry shall be disqualified from the Promotion. 

14. The winner  (“Prize Winner”) will be selected by Dropify Commerce Limited (trading as Man Cave Geek) on July 2nd 2025, overseen by Man Cave Geek Employees  (“Prize Winner”). The “Prize” Winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

15. The Prize Winner will win (1) one voucher code for 100% discount for the purchase of any Heineken BLADE Starter Pack on our Website.

16. Beerwulf’ s decision in relation to any aspect(s) of the Promotion is final and binding. 

The prize

17. Our Starter Packs include:

 i. (1) one Heineken BLADE keg  

ii. (1) one BLADE Appliance 

iii. (1) one BLADE Dome.

18. Beerwulf reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 

19. The total monetary value of (1) one Heineken BLADE Starter Pack  is approximately £489. 

20. The  prize is personal and cannot be sold, changed or exchanged in whole or in part. Beerwulf reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part. 

21. If a Prize Winner does not wish to accept the prize, there will be no compensation and Beerwulf is entitled to select another winner. 

Responsibility of the Prize Winner 

22. The Prize Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and agree to the Promotion terms. If the Prize Winner is unwilling to accept the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and Beerwulf is entitled to select another Prize Winner for the prize. 

23. Man Cave Geek will contact the Prize Winner by no later than July 7th 2025. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted or cannot confirm their acceptance within (7) seven  working day, Beerwulf reserves the right to re-draw and select a new Prize Winner (and so on until a Prize Winner can be contacted who will take up the prize). 

24. By submitting your entry, the Prize Winner consents and confirms: a. to comply and sign with all legal documentation which may be reasonably requested by Beerwulf or third party engaged by Beerwulf in relation to the Promotion and the prize. b. to agree that Beerwulf may make videos and photos including images of the Prize Winner to use for commercial purposes on a free basis license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the entry.

Release

25. Beerwulf and each of its affiliates are not responsible for your participation in the Promotion and shall not be liable for lost entries due to telecommunication performance issues. 

26. Beerwulf will not be responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. 

27. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the prize(s). Beerwulf makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence. 

28. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. 

29. Beerwulf disclaims all warranties with respect to the Promotion. The Promotion and the prize are provided ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’. 

30. Beerwulf has the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, change or discontinue any aspect(s) of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond the Beerwulf control, including the prize(s). Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on the website. You are advised to read the Terms and Conditions regularly for changes. 

Miscellaneous

31. The Promotion is not open to employees of Beerwulf or the HEINEKEN Company. 

Personal data 

32. The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Beerwulf for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Beerwulf’ s Privacy Policy (available at https://beerwulf.com/pages/privacy-cookie-policy). From time to time, Beerwulf may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the Promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).
